Stunning actor, singer and, now, Grammy winner Tia Carrere donned a complete outfit for under $100 at last night's Grammy Awards. The dress cost a mere $30 and was purchased on eBay, along with a sparkly clutch. In an awards show season filled with the usual decadence and one-of-a-kind designer gowns, I found it refreshing to see a celebrity acknowledge that much of the nation is experience a reality very different from the Harry Winston-paved red carpet.
